30-Day Product Satisfaction Guarantee
At Holistic Harvest, customer satisfaction is important to us. We believe in the quality of our products and are confident that they will meet your expectations when used consistently and according to the directions provided.
Our 30-Day Product Satisfaction Guarantee applies when a customer has received and reasonably tried a product but is dissatisfied with the product itself.
To request consideration under this guarantee, you must contact Holistic Harvest within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date and provide the following information:
Your order number
The name of the product
A brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations
A clear photograph of the product
If a request is approved, a refund of the product purchase price will be issued to the original payment method.
What This Guarantee Does Not Cover
This guarantee does not cover shipping delays after an order has already been fulfilled and delivered.
This guarantee does not cover buyer’s remorse or a change of mind unrelated to the product.
This guarantee does not cover accidental orders or failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date.
This guarantee does not cover packages forwarded under USPS change of address instructions.
This guarantee does not cover addresses entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer.
This guarantee does not cover refused, abandoned, or unclaimed packages.
This guarantee does not cover products used contrary to label directions.
This guarantee does not cover requests submitted more than 30 days after confirmed delivery.
This guarantee does not cover repeated, duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive refund requests.
This guarantee does not cover promotional, clearance, or final sale products clearly marked as ineligible before purchase.
Delivery problems, damaged shipments, defective products, and incorrect items must be reported directly to Holistic Harvest and will be reviewed separately.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Holistic Harvest reserves the right to verify refund requests and deny requests that do not satisfy the clearly stated conditions above.
